INGREDIENTS 1 cup all-purpose flour, spooned into measuring cup and leveled-off 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature 2/3 cup granulated sugar, plus more for sprinkling over cake 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 tablespoons dark rum 2 baking apples, peeled, cored and cut into 1/2-inch cubes (I like Honeycrisp, Fuji or Granny Smith) (3-1/2 - 4 cups chopped) Confectioners' sugar (optional), for decorating cake INSTRUCTIONS Preheat the oven to 350°F. INGREDIENTS CHOCOLATE CAKE 2 cups (260g) flour 2 cups (414g) sugar 3/4 cup (85g) natural unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 2 large eggs 1 cup (240ml) buttermilk 1 cup (240ml) vegetable oil 1 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 cup (240ml) hot water CHOCOLATE FROSTING 1 1/4 cups (280g) butter 1 1/4 cups (237g) shortening 9 cups (1035g) powdered sugar 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup (114g) natural unsweetened cocoa powder 4–5 tbsp (60-75ml) water/milk CHOCOLATE GANACHE 6 oz (1 cup | 169g) semi sweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream Sprinkles INSTRUCTIONS  Prepare three 8 inch cake pans with parchment paper circles in the bottom, and grease the sides. NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE

Ingredients 1 premade chocolate pie crust 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese softened 1/3 cup sugar 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping thawed 1 cup mini chocolate chips chocolate syrup for serving (optional)  Instructions Using a handheld electric mixer or your stand mixer, combine cream cheese with sugar. Mix until smooth. It may take a few minutes to get all the lumps out. If you are using a stand mixer, be sure to scrape down the sides a time or two. Add in whipped topping. Stir well to combine. Now add in mini chocolate chips. Stir again until combined. Spread mixture into pie crust (mixture will be thick). Pop it into your fridge to cool for at least 3 hours. Lazy Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

You Will Need 1 stick of butter (1/2 cup) 2 eggs 1 yellow cake mix (and brand) 1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz bag) Other Supplies Needed:  Non-stick spray Mixing Bowl Electric mixer Spatula Directions Preheat the oven to 350° and grease a pan (whatever size you want) Melt the butter then mix it with eggs until combined. Add in the cake mix and mix again. Add the chocolate chips (oh yes, the whole bag!) and mix all the ingredients together. Press the cookie dough into a baking dish prepared with non-stick spray Bake for 20 minutes, if you choose smaller pans bake for 25 to 28 minutes (I baked these ones for exactly 25 minutes) Let them cool for a moment then cut them into squares. BAKED CHURROS

INGREDIENTS 1 cup water 1 ½ Tablespoons sugar ½ teaspoon salt 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil 1 cup all-purpose flour For the Coating: ¼ cup sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 Tablespoon butter for brushing INSTRUCTIONS Combine water, sugar, salt, & oil in a saucepan on stove top. Bring to boil & remove from heat. Add flour & stir until all the flour is incorporated. Set aside & wait about 10-12 minutes for it to cool down. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with non stick baking mat or parchment paper. Prepare cinnamon & sugar mix for coating (I used a bread pan to roll the churros in). Fill your pastry bag or ziploc bag fitted with a star tip with the warm dough. Using prepared baking sheet pipe dough into desired size strips (I made mine 7½" long). Ingredients Graham Cracker Crust  2 cups (200g) graham cracker crumbs (about 12–14 full sheet graham crackers) 1/3 cup (67g) packed light or dark brown sugar 1/2 cup (8 Tablespoons; 115g) unsalted butter, melted Cheesecake 1 and 1/4 cups (300ml) heavy cream or heavy whipping cream three 8-ounce blocks (680g) full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar 2 Tablespoons (15g) confectioners’ sugar 1/4 cup (60g) sour cream, at room temperature 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract Instructions  Make the crust: Stir the graham cracker crust ingredients together. Pour into a 9-inch or 10-inch springform pan and pack in very tightly. The tighter it’s packed, the less likely it will fall apart when cutting the cheesecake. Ingredients 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour * 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 cup sugar 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp white vinegar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup light flavored olive oil or the alternate oil of your choice 1 cup water 1/2 recipe Fluffy Chocolate Frosting (optional) Instructions Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square pan with butter. In the greased pan, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Whisk lightly with a fork or small whisk to combine. Make two small wells and 1 large well in the dry ingredients (as pictured) and add the vinegar, vanilla, and oil to the wells. Pour the water over the top and whisk again to combine thoroughly.
